Our operations are tucked away in our "Eastside Oasis" only 10 minutes from downtown. We support sustainable practices and enjoy giving back to our community. Exceptional events can take place without harming our planet. We compost our biodegradable kitchen scraps; our cooking oils are used for biodiesel; and our paper, cardboard, cans, and bottles are saved from landfills. We constantly seek new ways to expand our green practices.
