Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and target our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These technologies may allow Meta to recognize visitors to our site and show them our ads on Meta's platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also control how Meta uses your information for advertising through your Meta account's ad preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

We may also use analytics services that set cookies to report on site usage in aggregate.

Social media analytics

We use Meta's official APIs to analyze the performance of our own Instagram and Facebook accounts: reach, engagement, comments and mentions on content we publish. This is limited to accounts our company owns and to content that is already public or directed at us. We do not use these tools to collect information about people who have not interacted with our accounts, and we do not build advertising profiles of individuals from this data.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf and only as needed to do that work, for example payment processors, email and marketing platforms, reservation and catering software, website hosting, and analytics and advertising providers. These providers are required to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Booking, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate.
